Mostostal Siedlce is one of the four strategic companies of the Polimex-Mostostal Group.

The steel structures plant in Siedlce was separated from the structures of Polimex Mostostal and since February 12, 2016, has functioned as a separate company – Mostostal Siedlce Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.

The organized part of the company which was transferred from Polimex Mostostal to Mostostal Siedlce includes machines and equipment, inventories, receivables, cash, trade liabilities and employees (1580 people). The estimated value of the transferred organized part of the company is PLN 165 million.

Mostostal Siedlce will be managed by Krzysztof Walarowski, the former director of Polimex-Mostostal’s production unit.

Promotech, manufacturer of professional tools and equipment for industry from Białystok, won the President of the Republic of Poland’s award in the category “corporate governance and social responsibility in business”. Polish President’s Economic Prize is widely recognized as the most valuable award for enterprises, research institutes and inventors – for their contribution to innovation and economic development, success in the global market and share in creation of a positive image of the Polish economy. Congratulations!

Ajan Engineering Poland and The Institute of Welding were awarded with The Golden Medal Of The Poznań International Fair. AEP, awarded in the category “innovation”, was appreciated for the creation of a modern plasma cutter SHP 460. A world premiere of the device took place during ITM Poland Fair. The Welding Institute has been awarded in the category of “Science for Economy” for developing an innovative system of monitoring and assessing the quality of forefront spark resistance welding method. Congratulations!

It has been 70 years since Mostostal Warszawa was formed.
